Cannot drag emails to folders in outlook
WebOct 8, 2015 · Some users find that they cannot drag and drop emails from the Inbox to certain folders. Dragging to a folder will show the round circle with a line thru it icon. Dragging the same email to another folder will work fine. Even stranger is that you CAN right click on a email and use the Move Other Folder option and it will work.
