Have been trying to roll +% on spell hit for flamethrower build with no good luck but got 1.5 on every hit, weapon and spell dmg% % afflicted by dot, dot amp, and fire dmg% and can't bear to try and prefix it off. Vote. WebFireball with 3 damage giving link runes with zero dampening can't even kill a white trash mob with lowest HP, while flamethrower kills them in a split second, cast upon channel would dampen the fireball damage even further into abysmal levels, at this point it seems like a better idea to use that link to instead improve flamethrower further. 1
